Woah this is awesome. I love the friendship between Logan and Veronica, the alien killing videogames, the comforting, and Backup! And how he saved her in the beginning. Just makes my heart all a flutter. :D I can't wait to see where you go with this.
I'm not sure if you are planning on upping the rating at all but the last part of this made me think of vm_library's current challenge. You should check it out!

I did see the vm_library challenge, and I'm so excited to read everything that comes out of it. I'm a really big pansy when it comes to writing the really explicit stuff, so I'm not sure that I'll actually get an entry in, but if I can get a good plot(less) bunny, maybe I'll work on something to attach to the side of this.

Well the fic has to be either R or Nc-17 so it doesn't have to be super explicit. You can do it! :D

Yeah, I'll definately take a look at it. I'll probably wind up writing something, but whether or not I ever actually let anyone look at will be something else completely. It all depends on how many shades of red I blush when I consider posting it.

I love pre-series AUs like this! And this is getting really good :-) I'm glad that Logan and Veronica have spent so much time together and have become such good friends and Lilly and Duncan aren't there to get in the way. I can't wait to read more :-)

Pre-series AU is really starting to grow on me. And this one's awesome. The dialogue is perfectly Logan/Veronica, and I really love that you didn't make Veronica super naive, because a lot of pre-series fics do, and that sort of drives me crazy. So yeah, this is excellent, and I can't wait to read more.

Thanks! I love the dialogue between Logan and Veronica on the show, so it makes me really happy when people tell me that I can capture it well. And it drives me crazy when Veronica is really childish and naive in pre-series fics, too. I mean, she was Lilly's friend, and I don't think ANYONE could stay that innocent around Lilly.
