Yay, an update! I love you so much right now! But the chapter felt so short - it ended entirely too quickly :)

Lilly's and Logan talk was great - it was so very Lilly to try to mess things up and come onto her ex-boyfriend. I understand why Veronica was so pissed but still, I was wondering - doesn't she know better? I guess Logan right and she wants to blame him rather than her friend. I hope she'll realize that. But Logan leaving home means no meeting Keith for now and oh, I was waiting for that confrontation! :) Still, Veronica will have to face him and I suppose it won't be pretty. And Logan going home? I wonder if anything will happen there.

I hope that this update means that you fought whatever writer's block you had because this story is killing me! :) I can't wait to read more.

This was a short chapter, I think -- Livejournal's (not so) new length limits have messed up my sense of chapter lengths at this point, but I thought the same thing while editing it. Part of me really hates messing with them, I think, so it was really hard to put this part together.

Don't worry about the Keith/Logan confrontation. Of course it's still coming. Just on a slight delay now. Just imagine the good sheriff's reaction to finding out that not only has Logan slept with his daughter, but now they have just as suddenly broken up. Awwwkward.

You know, I thought it was weird that the chapter had to be divided into two parts but feels short. New limits explain this. Livejournal can be such a pain in the ass :|

Oh, I do worry about Keith and Logan, I do. There's nothing not to worry about with those two. And now that Logan and Veronica had a fight? Ouch! Awkward? I'd say - terrifying! For Logan, of course. And heartbreaking for Keith. This is his little girl we're talking about!

I'm so glad to see another update on this, and it's still doing such a good job of setting up all of these kids as people, who mess up and have issues with each other, and in life.

Lilly is such an interesting read here, because she's just manipulating everyone still.

Okay, this kind of hurt, but in a good way. That doesn't make sense, but I just feel so bad they finally seem to have their shit together and then it all just flys out the window.

Lilly is quite the manipulative bitch in this story, which is how I also so her, so I'm liking that aspect. Plus, your Dick is hilarious!

I'm really glad you're still sticking with this story after all this time... I only discovered it recently, as I got into VM fandom quite late, and let me tell you, coming across an "old" story that is still being updated among a sea of abandoned WIPs is a rare treat indeed. Especially a story as engaging as this one. Such a confluence of drama for our young protagonists to handle; very true to the show! I'll be looking forward to the next bit.
