First of all, teething bites badly. Since Sariah is over the 6 month mark, you can do the tylenol/motrin cocktail. Teething is exceptionally painful and when it gets really bad, I personally give them the meds. I went through jaw surgery right as Andrew was teething and I was on things like demorol that were barely touching the pain, so I felt so bad for him
