My mom grew up on a farm and we still have the property (some 900+ acres). We routinely go to the farm for weekends and during Spring Break and have for all my life. This past Spring Break the boys, myself, and Granny headed off to the farm (as usual) and I got to check on my rat!

You know, when you first told me about your rat, I questioned your sanity. When you continued to sing his praises, I believed you were certifiable. However, now after having seen him, I understand why you worship him so ardently. He's positively holy! :P

Oh! And did you notice the hay sticking through his body now on the close-up pic? I would have taken a pic of the skull to (just for the full picture) but the hay in the loft had fallen through the crack and covered the skull.

I didn't see the hay, but it is clear to me that the sacrificial offering is trying to protect his holiness from the prying eyes of mere mortals.
