(according to highly intelligent sources) The government forbids the breeding of dangerous animals unless those animals are endangered. Then the breeding of such is encouraged.

I stay away from Mafia Wars with everything in my being. I can't stand it, lol. I'm in Vampire Wars, but I've never done anything. I just joined it so others who were seriously playing it had numbers or whatever it is. And yes, it was a little frustrating in the beginning to run out of energy, but I'm having trouble now using all my energy up!
