It is important to note that the City takes vital parts of one's self and alters them during curses to either suit the environs set by the curse or to become the opposite of the aforementioned facet or circumstance. However, the relevance of this is yet to be established. For the former, it is possible that these are the City's attempts to assimilate its residents into its system. For the latter, perhaps it is a test of one's identity and choices. In both cases, it is a mockery of one's existence. The true objective of these curses must be discovered. If they are there to aggravate emotions, for what purpose? The clock?
Several data have been gathered under my observation, but much investigation is still necessary.

To be a mere professor of the science of politics, instead of a testament to its intricacies and consequent fall . . . heh. I would not stand for it.
The matter at hand today, however, is the sudden influx of people into the City. If there is a sudden flow inwards, there must be a point of entry. Consequently, this may also be the point of exit, and must be found as soon as possible.
