As much as I was not looking forward to the holidays, being around my family the last 24 hours has been completely wonderful. I've been able to laugh and smile and be almost completely carefree. These are SO wonderful! We used melted chocolate and peanut butter chips instead of confectioners coating. Yum! One batch makes around 40-50 balls, fyi lol
