Last night was horrible. I'm stressed... overwhelmed... wondering if this is all really and truly worth it? And then this morning, I logged onto the Weight Watchers board and saw a new post from Joann. She was 28 weeks pregnant when she developed severe pre-eclampsia and HELLPS. She told us her story in detail... about being forced to deliver her

Yup. Isn't it crazy how life works sometimes?
