Why does your cousin's mom keep getting him new cats? He needs to learn how to take care of them first. You don't give cats away because they pee on the couch, you teach them how to use a litter box :(

The cat had used the litter box for 2 months before she started peeing on the couch. I'm pretty sure I told you that.
