@neilhimself: Just talked writing to UCSB lit students for 90 Minutes. So fun and so much enthusiasm and smarts. And I was hugged a lot at the end.

AAAW YEEEAH Ben came through! I had to run home, and I was worried I wasn't going to make it through the huge line and he stepped right on up. Also: the reason TNG mentioned your question is because it made him think about stuff crossing over mediums which is why he read us one of the things he did. And it was awesome! So, thanks for inspiring that, I guess.

A day you will never forget, I dare say. Pretty great, and definitely worth arriving 2 hours early for. Also: "Real life has no obligation to be convincing. Fiction kinda does." I love that.
