Character Name: Terra
Would the Ring have power over them? Probably, yes
Is it allowed to manipulate/corrupt them? If you want.
If so, what do you feel is a plausible timeframe for its effects to be noticeable? Who knows? She's strong-willed sometimes, but also pretty naive a lot of the time, too.
Is it allowed to read their minds/use telepathy and to what extent? Yep; her head's an open book.
Curse them? Depends on what/when/why. You know where I am.
Would the Ring&any related parties be invisible to them? Yep.
Anything else I should know: She has a history with evil mind-killing fashion accessories.

Character Name: Ghost.
Would the Ring have power over them? PROBABLY...
Is it allowed to manipulate/corrupt them? He's already pretty corrupt but sure it can try to manipulate him if it wants.
If so, what do you feel is a plausible timeframe for its effects to be noticeable? I have. No idea.
Is it allowed to read their minds/use telepathy and to what extent? Sure.
Curse them? Kay.......
Would the Ring&any related parties be invisible to them? Yes? Maybe?
Anything else I should know: Ghost has no powers except like, technopathy and... phasing and floating and shit so he wouldn't be able to really fight back, though he might eventually exact revenge in some geeky tech way if the Ring did something to him.

Character Name: Ruka
Would the Ring have power over them? Yeeeeeeep
Is it allowed to manipulate/corrupt them? Yeah
If so, what do you feel is a plausible timeframe for its effects to be noticeable? Human form would take a while, probably in the months range. Ring? Oh my god if she touches that it's instantaneous, her power set makes her especially vulnerable to it.
Is it allowed to read their minds/use telepathy and to what extent? Yes; have fun trying to navigate her head it's a forest; if it comes up we can talk about it.
Curse them? If it comes up, talk to me.
Would the Ring&any related parties be invisible to them? Nope; Ruka can see invisible junk.
Anything else I should know: You still haven't decided if those languages count as monster-speak.

Character Name: Luke Cage // lukefuckingcage
Would the Ring have power over them? Yes.
Is it allowed to manipulate/corrupt them? Just ask permission first.
If so, what do you feel is a plausible timeframe for its effects to be noticeable? I'm going to say two-three weeks. Luke is stubborn and yes, strong-willed. He's a hero after all with tough skin and that goes for his personality (tough skin, I mean).
Is it allowed to read their minds/use telepathy and to what extent? Yes, yes, yes. Luke doesn't have any protection up.
Curse them? Yeah. Well, depends on the curse 'cause this guy has admantium hard skin.
Would the Ring&any related parties be invisible to them? I, uh, sure?

Character Name: Booster Gold // boosterbutt
Would the Ring have power over them? Yes.
Is it allowed to manipulate/corrupt them? Yes.
If so, what do you feel is a plausible timeframe for its effects to be noticeable? One-two weeks. Booster's heart is in the right place, but he's still weak to mind whammies and corruption.
Is it allowed to read their minds/use telepathy and to what extent? Yes. Yes. Yes.
Curse them? Yes.
Would the Ring&any related parties be invisible to them? Depending on what invisibility means to you and these guys. Booster's goggles allow him to see all sorts of shit. He can put his goggles on infrared and read their heat~ Here's the full description ( ... )

prooooobably yes, he'd be able to see them then. Ring-invisibility leaves you there enough somehow that you can cast a faint, shaky shadow, also sight apparently drops. Still, any readouts of the kind would probably be odd, to say the least. For purposes of the City, I'm saying that invisibility works by a combination of mental tricks and phasing the cells of a person so that they reflect light in decidedly odd ways.

MAKE OF IT WHAT YOU WILL.
