i wonder why, when I post about Jesus i get like 3 comments. and when I post pictures of my face and hair and friends i get like, 37.

hey i appreciate your honesty, alot. I respect how you feel about it. Well, I'm sorry that you feel that way... but I do love Christ alot, what he's done for me. and if i were to write about anything else, it wouldnt express my true being at the moment. sorry you dont like to read. :/

Heather, that inexpressible joy is just what people HATE hearing because most people just simply dont have it. Now Im not saying this is the same for that guy, but think about all of the utterly MEANINGLESS posts that people put up on LJ. Most of them are whiny, narcissistic rants about girl/boyfriends, parents, etc. People LOVE pain. And what are your posts about? Yours represent the true heart worship that comes about through a relationship with Christ that has no other way to be expressed aside from an outpouring of your complete joy in Him. Why do some people get sick of someone who is happy all the time? Because that is not their reality, that joy is not what they experience in their day to day struggles. It would be a tragedy if you were to hide your joy to keep people off your backs, because it would be holding back what simply comes natural to you. So keep on keepin on sister, people are watching you.

gosh. thanks. that means alooooot to me. and everything you said true. and it kind of goes both ways because , when people are sad allllll the time i wanna punch em in the face and wake them up and help them really as how happy they SHOULD be. and people that are depressed , are moping around throughout their day, it just kills me to watch it. you see that I'm saying?
but happiness is contagious. and so it sadness. if youre around somone thats sad , you'll be sad and you'll get in a bad mood. but if you're around somone who is happy and has the joy of the Lord you'll catch that too.
so yes.
i'm not ever going to hold anything back. i was just wondering what kind of comments I would get, and I WANTED to see what people had to say about every post of mine being about Jesus and the joy that He gives me. :)
it made me happy when eaturchildren commented, because he was honest. and that's exactly what I was looking for. :)

I love it when you talk about Jesus. You have a gift for relating through words how you feel. Not everyone has that. Maybe it's intimidating to some because they know they can't say it quite as beautifuly as you. ;) But keep on, I'm going to call you David. Remember at camp we have boy names.
