So with roughly 12 days until the Apocalypse Big Band I discover that the person who was going to beta my story is unable to do so because of other commitments (aka life).

Anyone know of anyone who could read over the 16,000 word story in that time??

There are two SPN beta communities around from which you might be able to wrangle someone.

As it's an original story and in no way related to SPN I wouldn't feel right posting in those communities.

Ah sorry, I got your stories mixed up. But on the plus side, there are way more communities for general beta-ing out there. And most bangs have a way of connecting you up with a beta so if you don't want to post to a comm then I strongly recommend e-mailing a mod/checking the bang 'betas and cheerleaders' post if they have one.
