We just use Excel. Make columns for things, color-code due dates/bills, etc. I should say Bryan did all this, because it would take me days what takes him 3 seconds.

If you want it online, you may be able to upload it to gmail?

I would say use Excel/OpenOffice with export to CSV in htdocs on trogdor and build a basic parser/display script behind some kind of auth.

I realize that you don't like to pay for your software, but the short time that I've demoed Moneydance, it seemed to do everything I ever needed. Not sure if it does the html viewing thing, but the rest would work... especially since it supports the formats for Quicken/MSMoney.
