so... keri and i are house hunting... and we have one in our sights... mortgages involve an awful lot of faxing and crap... and we're still more or less at pre-qualification

I can only imagine that this part of the process is insanely nerve-wracking.

But, on the upside, if all goes well, you'll soon have more space for pinball machines!

well.... we're currently at the stressful part, but not the nerve wracking part...

apparently, what my credit union told me was a pre-qualification letter, is basically crap (says our real estate agent). Also apparently, 2 out of 3 Yahoo! fax machines can't handle a 19 page fax :/
