a buddy of mine was in a bullshit accident before. turned left when he was waiting for a green light to turn yellow, you know what i mean. this car must have been going like 80 on this 40 road because he absolutely smashed into my friend, who turned AFTER the light turned red, and he got a ticket for failing to yield. absolute bullshit.

Wait, why didn't she get cited? Hit and run?

I always feel like accidents happen to the "good guys." We're always stuck to foot the insurance premium, and the stress. Accidents are just too stressful. Even if it's not your fault, your life feels like hell. I still have flashbacks of my last major accident, and that was three years ago.

I think society needs to punish the ignorant more. If only, eh?

I got cited because when questioned, I honestly admit I saw a green light but couldn't see the light while within 10 feet without leaning to the side becuase I'm tall and drive a car instead of a truck.
Honesty kills you every time.

My policy is to always lie to the law and be honorable to all involved in the accident. Why? Because people will always try to take advantage and bury you as deep as they can and fuck you over, whether its your fault or theirs. I've noticed in all accidents the first thing that happens is A) everyone cries about their pain or their fear/shock like OMG OMG CRY CRY B) BLAME IS PLACED ON ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES C) TRY TO BURY OTHER PARTIES INVOLVED AND EXPLOIT THEM FOR ALL THEYRE WORTH

The first thing I do is make sure everyone's ok, the second, clear the fuckin road if possible, third is discussion of what took place. But my priorities and theirs are always different.

I HATE PEOPLE :(
