Sep 24, 2014 00:08

I remember first hearing about the tickets being sold through Ticketmaster and really had no intention of going. I mean how could I possibly afford it. I'm a single mom for crying out loud I have responsibilities and all that adult shit going on. I remember clearly the day they went on sale. I logged on with no intention of buying a ticket, and ( Read more... )

konnichiwa~! ^^
i've saved your concert report when i saw someone link it from somewhere for me to read when i already had the time and i'm glad i got the time to read it from start to end. <3
although i wasn't able to be in that concert, with your words...it really made me felt that i was actually there. your report is very precious. <3 i just had so much pouring emotions while reading your report since i've been a fan of Arashi for 6 years or something now and it's like i was very contented with reading it despite not being there, physically. I really do hope that someday, my sister and I will also get the opportunity to meet those 5 dorky men in a concert and in that way, we'd together be able to express our love for them somehow. :))
thank you so much for sharing with us, your fellow Arashi fans, your wonderful experience. <333

Thank you for your sweet comment. If I have said it once, I have said it a hundred times....If I never get to attend another Arashi concert it will be ok. I honestly don't know that anything could come close to Hawaii and how intimate and exciting it was. I hope that you and your sister are able to see Arashi live someday soon. It's honestly an experience like none other.

Oh gosh T_____________T
This is such an amazing experience!! ♥
The atmosphere, the people you were with, the interaction with the boys, the rain, the feels! It is a beautiful story and I'm just so happy for you T___T

Their music saved me too. And I think I get what you mean about fearing life and letting go of that fear. They are so much more than "just a boyband". It's true what you say about Arashi fandom being a big family too. It's something unique. A special bond, I guess.

Anyway, I really enjoyed your story, this is beautiful, and Arashi are magic and... don't mind me, I'm just emotional :')

It makes me so happy that people are still finding this post and reading it all these months later. It was an amazing experience!!

As I in my post Jun really was the one I was the most curious about seeing in person. I was really very impressed by him. When we first arrived at the hotel and we heard them practicing Jun's was one of the first voices we heard. You can't mistake that voice. While we watched rehearsal I was really struck by just how very hands on he was. I remember that while watching NHK documentary they did and seeing Jun during rehearsals that it was EXACTLY what we had seen. Jun is a born performer and he really is something to watch. Jun does have sort of the diva aura when he performs, but then he will break out into that smile and just become like a happy kid doing what he loves.
