Today was rather uneventful for me. I woke up late and stayed in bed all day. I had no ambition to get up and do homework, like I was supposed to do. I cancelled Yoga on Rich because I wanted to be alone. I didn't want to do anything

Some they work for some they don't. I have my days when it is nice just to go back and read them, shows me what things are happy in my life if I seem to not believe that there is happiness. Include anything from small to large. From having just the right amount of fluffiness to your pillow, to something like friends or a A on a test.
