A friend of mine is the drummer in a band that's going to be in NH on some Saturday soon. I'm finding out the details for Jen, YOU HAVE TO GO WITH HER!! He's extraordinarily attractive [I'll email you a cutesy pic of me and him if you want, tee hee!] and he's an amazing drummer - two incredibly reasons to go!!

Psycologist..BLAH! Girl you don't need that, you just need to live life like Cher said "do it now and look back later and say, I shouldn't have done that."
Surround yourself with several happy jolly people. A couple downers is ok, but stick with the happy people. You'll find yourself much happier and humorous. I can't think of many people that don't enjoy my company, surrounded by laughs. If they don't enjoy me, then they are lying to me. Oh well.

1. Find one thing that makes you feel good. When you arefeeling down, DO IT!
2. Pinpoint the one person you trust. Talk to them about what you're feeling. Ask for direction and advice.
3. Find someone who's been in your situation. Whatever you're upset about that day, and talk to them. Compare stories. Ask for their direction.
4. And, ask you're loved ones(friends, family, partner, etc) for support, and comfort.
These are my coping mechanisms. I hope that you can use them too.
