Today's Tabata, for the record

20 minutes (4x8, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 1 minute rest between stations)

Minimums:

Sit-ups 7
Jump rope 10
Push-ups 5
Squats 9

I'm home and on the couch now and still haven't really completely caught my breath. That was pretty killer.

Yeah -- tabata is INTENSE. It honestly puts me in a really bad mood for 10-20 minutes afterwards as I recover. I've only done tabata with running.
