We have a great issue with these laws back here in Ukraine. Lately our goverment tried to enforce them and closed ex.ua, a web site with a lot of free downloadable content, and arrested their servers. You can google about it, I guess.
In next couple of days all govermantal web sites and sites of political parties were put down by hacker attacks. In a week or so Anonymus hacker group joined ukrainian hackers. A lot of downloadable softwere, that one could run on his computer to support attacks were posted everywhere on the web.
You know what? They backed down. Returned ex.ua guys all their equipment. And now they are thinking what to do. Our goverment and law enforcement was not ready for such a public protest campain.
