Yes, I did try to kill myself. Yes it was a dumb, stupid, selfish, childish, everything thing to do. Yes, I can say it was yet another failure on my part but in this case, it's OK

Hey, come over to Dreamwidth where all the cool kids are. You'd left a comment on a post I needed to delete and I DO want to have that discussion with you. We're having it over there and you should be included.
And glad you made it. Mistakes were made, but people make mistakes and at least you get the opportunity to learn from it.
Well, if you had included a link to your Dreamwidth I would have gladly gone look! Remember, alien computer, none, NONE of my bookmarks or shortcuts.
I dunno. I've never been one to need to hang with the 'cool kids' even when I was thought to be one. Setting up yet another blog using an alien PC that I may lose access to at any time seems like a path to frustration.
Yet the 'cool kids' are my friends. hurm.
Without getting into anger inducing stuff, I still think the whole 'Abandon LJ!!!' putsch to be more flash emotion than anything else and overall silly and unnecessary in the greater picture of all things. :)
It's time I let you know...because of you, I'm writing a book, and since your story ties into what I'm doing, I'm asking you to consider writing the Foreword. I just sent in the query this past hour, so it will be a "while" before I can give you all the details. Just know that the effort will benefit the both of us.
I mean, there are still problems and issues and challenges and all that crap, but I've lived to see a world where:
Endless Road SSX is coming to DVD via Discotek
StarzanS has been released in Japan (on Blu-Ray of all things). (!)
Xabungle is going to stream in America.
I'm out of guesses as to what 'totally impossible' thing might happen next. Discotek picks up 1000 Year Queen TV? Imagawa announces he's working on new Giant Robo? Voyager Ent. pulls their head out of their butt and launches a sane, rational and 'right priced' release of Yamato 2199 and 2202 in the USA? (OK, THAT is safely still in the completely impossible category :) )

This borrowed clunky beast (Vista? How old is THAT as a Windows OS?!)makes me crazy. Nothing is where it's supposed to be. bah. :)

And a quasi-belated Happy Birthday to you!

I am glad our paths randomly crossed at AWA however many years ago.
I thought everyone went to Twitter/Tumblr/Instagram/Facebook.
