"I think I'd rather stand for now, but thank you," Lucy said, sweetly, but there was a hint in her tone that implied 'don't presume to tell me what to do'. She went further inside and had a good look around. "You must be Moran, I assume? Lovely to meet you. I suppose you'll be wanting to check this..." She held her clutch bag out to him, inviting him to open it and search it.
"Anything to make your job easier," Lucy replied. "It's unlike James to be late, I'd have thought he'd have been ready to greet me himself." She hadn't really, but she knew he was likely to be listening so in case he was she decided to wind him up a little. Her attention turned to Sebastian and she looked him over, impressed with what she saw.
