I woke up this morning to feel Sunday and thunder in the air. The thunder was right, but not the day. Mid-week public holidays are very confusing.

I used my day off to make zucchini brownies. I used vegetable oil instead of coconut oil and they worked well. Next time (and there will have to be a next time, as there was another five zucchini today
