How do you feel about:

religion: I don't believe that there is a superior being but I respect the fact that others do. There may be one in fact and I understand the others believe this. I would never make fun of or discriminate someone because of their religion. That is one thing you don't make fun of.

politics: I'll have to be honest here and say that I honestly don't know a thing about politics.

drugs: Sure, all of a sudden there's a mass "let's take drugs" phase going on at my school and my friend could very possible join them soon. I'll try my best to stop her but she's a stubborn someone. I personally will never take drugs. I count smoking as a drug and I'm very much against smoking. People in the world need to go on natural highs.

alcohol: I can accept the fact that we're all humans and once in a while, we can have a sip of two of alcohol. I don't mind that. What I hate are alcoholics. I am perfectly comfortable if an alcoholic really wants to change his/her ways and join AA or something like it. I don't like alcoholics who go home to their family and then beat their children or whatever. One of my friends' mom is an alcoholic and her daughter deserves much more love than she's getting from her mom now.

music: Well, I wouldn't categorize my taste of music into anything. I listen to a wide variety, generally I just play TRL radio and listen to it while I'm doing my homework. If there's a particular song I like, I'll stop, check it out and add it to the list of songs to burn. I'm probably the least updated on "songs of the moment". [I just thought about this again and realized - Music isn't just for teens like me to listen. Some of the best music is really powerful and emotional, even without words. A great example is Furious Angels [Instrumental version] by Rob Dougan. That's just really powerful on its own.

yourself: I could say that I'm a happy-go-lucky person but that would be lying. I have some of the best in life and have never had a hard time surviving. I come from a somewhat wealthy family and haven't actually had any proper hardships. (Many of my teachers tell me that I am smart and I would get good grades if I tried. I don't. I'm a lazy person and I admit it. I procrastinate too much for my own good and it's going to get me into big trouble someday.) Yet I still have phases of depression. I know I shouldn't, I have a great life, but it seems like..Oh nevermind. I'm sure I just sound like a cliche.

What are two things that aggravate you the most and why? 1) How people give up on love. I have loved and lost and I must say it's worth it. I know many people that have had their hearts broken and seem to just give up on it. I think it's the one thing people should never give up on. It's the one thing you've got. Put your heart into it, don't be afraid to love.

What makes you think that you are worthy of this community? You know what? I honestly don't. I don't think I'm all that pretty and I certainly don't think I'm more intelligent than the average LJ-er. I just wanted to give this a shot anyways.

Trivial

favorite movie? book? artist or band? why?

I have tons of favorite movies. Most of them are just the teen ones that let me relax and have a good laugh. Although among my many favorites, they include Lord of The Rings (The first two since the third one isn't out yet as I type this), A Beautiful Mind, The Sixth Sense. These last two movies really got me thinking, and I like that about movies. A Beautiful Mind was awesome with its wonderful climax, revealing that it was real at all. The Sixth Sense made me wonder if life could really be like that, with some people able to see ghosts and the plot was awesome too!

I love books. Reading is one of my hobbies that I'm passionate about and not afraid to admit it. I'm usually into thrillers or mystery books and comedic romance. I have many favorite books, a couple I've just read include - Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden, Kisscut by Karin Slaughter, Good In Bed by Jennifer Weiner, Her by Laura Zigman, Silent Witness by Richard North Patterson. I could go on but I'll stop here and be merciful. Books allow me to just enter that world and forget about what's going on in mine. Whenever I need to get some stress off my back, I'll either turn to reading, or taking a bath.

Well, as I've said before about music I don't really have a favorite. I listen to a wide variety.

My Piccies -
