Dude, I'd SO dress up! I am ALWAYS looking for an excuse to dress up in public. For serious. ;) I think it's a great idea :D And anyone who won't dress up for a friend's birthday is just silly ;p

Btw - that whole business with your roomie, if anyone touched my dog or cat, I would freak out on their ass. That's just ridiculous. I think you need to make sure they've got it straight, that there is NO hurting your cute pupper dog!

I know how you love themes, but I don't think it's happening. We'll just have to wait for our fabulous wedding! Of course I'll keep you posted though!
