my family and i spent a few days in the white mountains; i think we all needed to relax, and it provided me an opportunity to stop, look around, and realize how blessed i am.. the older i get, the more i realize that family is everything.

i'd just like to inform the masses that a one trot nixon happens to have the fourth highest batting average in the american league. (.363) ahem. that being said, i find it highly doubtful that he'll be traded after the all-star break, as a one brian joseph odonoghue would have you believe.
