I have just made my whole journal Friends-Only. At this point, I only maintain this site as a place to cross-post content from my blog as a courtesy to long time friends who are still using LiveJournal to keep up with me. Future posts will continue to appear here friends-only.
I am doing this because having my writing appear in more than one place can affect my ranking in Google, and since I am actually making some money from blogging these days this is a non-trivial concern.
For everyone not on my friends list, the best way to keep up with me is via my twitter or Approximately 8,000 Words.
