Oh, I'm enjoying this arc so much! There's so much pain and angst and suffering, but there's also loads of hope and joy and love. And just as a side note, I'm very pleased that the shower scene in this chapter didn't include sex. I'm usually all for it, but I didn't think that this was the time to have it in there. You didn't disappoint me at all in that regard. Well done. :)

Yay, Cas is awake and settling into being human :). I liked the orange/banana taste test (and have to say Cas got it right - bananas are wrong and bad *grin*).

But Cas and Balthazar's conversation didn't bode well, nor did Sam listening in...
