Time to go see your doctor. ;)

Is there anything you ate that is similar between the two times? Any new clothing or fabrics?

Also, to relieve the itching, you could try calomine lotion, or super-strength cortizone cream.

Ooh ... new clothes could be a problem. Sometimes there's a sizing on the fabric that keeps it looking crisp in the store; it's possible that it could irritate your skin.

White circles with red dots sounds more like bug bites. Could there have been sand fleas at the beach? It sounds like the reaction is showing up on skin that was exposed and potentially touching something solid that insects could have landed on (like a towel or chair).

Not that that really explains your ears, unless their condition is unrelated :-/

Any chance you have chiggers? Wouldn't explain the ears, though.

I'm sorry! Hope you and your medical professional figure it out and make it go away quickly!

stephanie gets that when she's been exposed to pollen for more than three months - her immune system can handle it for the first three months but after that it just gets overloaded and she gets all your symptoms every time she goes outside
