ali...i worry about you and ashley so much. next time your mom attempts to kill herself or fights with ya'll or even threatens to kill herself...don't try to kick the door down or fight with her. she just wants that attention from you. dial 911 and let the police deal with her and then the ABUSE will be documented. and that is what it is baby, and it is not fair for you two to be living under that type of stress. how can you concentrate on your grades and mature mentally if you are going through the constant abuse from her? if she is going through some things that she can't deal with on her own, she needs some help and you need to see that she gets it. she might not make it next time. there are situations like that that end tragically every day, and i would hate to see that happen to you. obviously she wanted amanda to be there the other night, because when she got there, things calmed down. maybe amanda needs to let her know that she is there for her and she can call her whenever things get a little hectic and maybe that

ali darling. i know its hard to convince yourself that what your mom says isnt true when its all you hear, but really it is SOOO FARRR from the truth.

"no one thinks im gonna do anything with my life" ...for what its worth, you already have. just by spending a few days with you you have touched my life so much, and so many other people who went to seach feel the same way. you are already doing something with your life because you are making a difference in someone else's. you are so incredible ali.
