Really easy colouring. I sort of like it, so I figured maybe someone else would too. {:
The two colourings are VERY similar, they have like, two steps of difference.
So I've made a tutorial for the first one, and written the changes you'd make to get the other below.
To get the following colouring:
Step One )
Create you base. I've used a picture of Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan, and simply resized.
No sharpening, no adjusting, nothing. Just a plain old base.
Step Two )
Duplicate your base and set it to Burn, 100%.
Step Three )
New layer, #0b1f51, set to Exclusion, 100%.
Step Four )
New layer, #c2ccc3, set to Luminance, 100%.
Step Five )
Duplicate your base, bring to the top and set on Soft Light, 100%.
Step Six )
Duplicate your Soft Light layer twice, setting the first duplicate at 100%, and the second at 15%.
Then, just add your text or brushes, and you're finished.

Change:
Step Two )
Just don't add the burn layer to get this more simplistic colouring.
Step Seven )
Add a Hue/Saturation Layer ( I set mine at Saturation +25 )

you settings should cary depending on your images.
