Is it a bad sign when you wake up at three in the morning due to falling out of bed because you had been playing Quidditch in your sleep?

No, but it wakes your mates up when you scream out 'Faster! Wronski Feint! Tingular Triangle!' or whatever it's called.

Well, no, I don't suppose it's a bad sign. But when you fall out of bed because you had been playing Quidditch in your sleep and you don't wake up, we need to start worrying about you.

No, it's not James. I too, have played Quidditch in my sleep and fallen out of bed. I had never mentioned it because I never thought it happend to anyone else. I am so relieved!

Ask Sirius about the time I woke him up by throwing pillows at him in his sleep.
