When you click on that it'll show you the embed code, and at the bottom is a tab that says "Customize embed options" where you can change the size (this is 640 x 360), intro (I dropped the "portrait" of me) and "other" (kept both "show text link" and "show video description"). This will generate the embed code that you need to copy.
(There's also an option to use the old style code if you click on the link in the intro paragraph, it'll toggle between the two styles)
When you post it on your LJ, click on the embed icon at the top of the page, and paste the code.
