You know, it's shit like this that makes me very leary of donating to relief organizations when disasters like this happen. Where is the aid going? Obviously not to the people that really need it.
I have been continually outraged by the news media. They were in there with lighting and sound equipment that has to be run off something - why weren't they ALL running extension cords to help out? All of the reporters looked clean, hydrated, fed; why weren't they passing out extra rations?
THE MEDIA COULD GET IN - WHY WOULDN'T THEY GET THE SURVIVORS OUT?
AND WHY THE HELL DID THEY WASTE TRAINED FIREFIGHTERS ON FEMA BULLSHIT AND PHOTO OPS?
I despise the vast ineptitude of our government in general, and the reeking incompetence of our president specifically.
