dont be sorry :( sounds like its hard to be you. i cant believe your parents say that kind of stuff to you, thats awful i wont pretend that i know any perfect parents, let alone have them myself, but urs do seem harsher than general :(
Why do I always end up writing essays to you?!elvenyounglettJune 9 2010, 06:15:30 UTC
"i wouldn't even be married to your father anymore if you weren't born. thanks for ruining the rest of my life." That's a terrible terrible thing to say to a child, or to anyone at all. I don't like judging other peoples' parents since I hate people judging mind, but really that's just awful.
Let them know how much saying things like that hurt you. I don't know what good it'll do though. Like I've spoken up against my mother when she's in her moods and tells me things that hurt and sometimes it just reflects back at me BUT it's worth trying.
You see, hearing stories like this, and working with little children and parents during the summer makes me realize I never want to become a parent because I don't want to become psychotic. It's just ugh.
And this is all bullshit, no offense. Raising a child is a HUGE investment. And it's worth it. But complaining about money is just ridiculous.
I may not know you in real life, but I'm glad you're alive. I enjoy talking with you~~~*hughug* ♥

neh. i guess. but she only says it when she's on a roll and really angry. idk it hurts for like. maybe the first 10 minutes of me ranting, but afterwards...it kinda just goes away. hah. i do. but then i get the same thing again. *shrug*
exactly. at three points in the last five years of my life, i was leaning heavily towards never having children because i don't want my kids to have to go through stuff like that. and it just makes me sad that it could happen.
i suppose i can't blame her. the economy isn't good and we're not exactly the epitome of economic awesomeness.
awww! i'm glad you're alive too :D talking to you makes me happyyyyy *hugsforever*
