Weird that caffiene would affect you this way, but I know I was having anxiety issues when I was drinking lots of coffee (it was free and abundant) at my old office job. Now I have switched to tea on weekdays and coffee only on weekends. You can still enjoy tea at Sbucks, just get decaf. I drink green tea due to its beneficial antioxidants... and that amount of caffiene doesn't bother me at all.

Keep up with the yoga it is awesome if you do it regularly. I am just too impatient for it. I prefer my tread mills, bikes, waves, and tae-bo. I get heart problems if I drink too much caffeine too. The problem is I just started drinking coffee this year..but Only a cup a day. I haven't had a real soda in more months then I can count. I prefer splenda even though it gets bad reviews. I also make sure to eat grape fruit everyday, as it really does kick start your energy. Keep it up you look great..and I still carded for fireworks..lol, movies, beer, and smokes, I think it is mostly because I am so damned short:) Aloha
