She might have feelings for you, but I'd tread lightly, after a break-up like that sometimes you end up clinging to someone just because you are so hurt, and having someone can kind of mend the hurt a little. This happened to me, and I am not with the guy I dated after the break up. I hurt him pretty bad, because he felt more for me then I for him, and I ended it.

That isnt to say that your situation can't be different. In fact, that is probably the reason that she wants to wait, so she can see if her feelings are real or not. Take it slow, and try not to get too wrapped up too fast.
