Telecommunications Complications

We changed to Compass Communications at the start of October so we could drop our phone line and go with naked DSL. We've had continual trouble and the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

We're now dropping them and I suggest anyone wishing to avoid the frustration we experienced should avoid them at all costs.
