THE CALL
We got THE CALL last night, I was at Safeway. My REALITOR (for you Mon...) called and told us the paperwork went through with the state and we're ON SCHEDULE! They are making tons of money off of you so make them work for it!! I sure as heck would.. its not like you bought the home "as is." :)
I have to say though. We were doing a loan for a guy who was buying a new construction home. I called the REALTORS office to get the final walk through junk and she said that he didn't sign off on it BECAUSE HE WANTED THE FRONT DOOR MOVED OVER 6 INCHES! I just about crapped my pants when she told me that and was dead serious. Everything else was fine, just the door. LMAO
