It feels almost wrong when I wake up and have nothing I need to do. It doesn't feel right, and even though its 7am and I'm still tired I can never get back to sleep. Great start to the holidays eh.

Time flies too quickly... Just as I was getting settled in, I'm leaving again... I was really liking Sydney. But haven't even had a chance to go catch up with people or go K... And so we get back to the grind...

And there we were, playing doctor with things we didn't understand... Stumbling over the words before we had learnt to walk. A room full of children... was all we were. And me at the front, as blind as the next fellow leading on in some foolish endeavour... A whiteboard marker in my hand.

I just looked up and saw the date... I really didn't realise we were so far into the year already... I'll never stop being amazed how quickly time goes by during med. Got a letter yesterday in the mail... Apparently I won some med prize for doing the best in the cohort in pathology last year, so woot. Tis always nice to win prizes that you didn't try for or even knew existed.
