Right, then. Excel.

Excel hurts her brain on a regular basis, both in a good and a bad way. And every time she's tempted to think that she's a total fluff-brain, Excel manages to do or say something that sounds and is really, really . . . smart.

Like when she said that if she truly loved Naruto as much as she said she did, she wouldn't have such a hard time saying the word "love." And during the Buffy crisis when they had their argument. George was surprised by how grateful she was that their argument didn't really last and they were able to move on to a new brain-breaking topic, such as how many times Hyatt dies in any given day.

Also, given their earlier conversations about karaoke and the pop-up Kama Sutra, Excel's actually a good source of amusement after her daily dose of Angst. Which is a good thing.

Hmm. Most of her interaction with Rue was actually with the LOLZ Love Flower!!, though she was offended by his suggestion that she'd be interested in such a cheap, chintzy piece of plastic. ~_^

Though, the Love Flower made her admit out loud that the thought of having children with a, uh, certain someone had crossed her mind.

As for Kazahaya, most of their interaction was during George's party, during which she got the impression of an okay guy, a friend of Rikuou's, so he's okay in her opinion. I do regret that I didn't get to continue that thread where he found out about what George really is, though. ;_;

Some other time, I hope?

Lupin! *hearts*

Lupin's definitely her favorite counselor. He's fun, he's funny, he's great to tease and be teased by, and since the first time they met was when he was trying to get a blind date for Sousuke, she does get the impression that he cares about people, even if it's easier to hide it behind teasing, snark, and silly. She gets that, even though her shields of choice tend to be teasing, sarcasm, cynicism, and self-hatred.

George was more amused than annoyed by his reaction to the thought of genderswitched guys having periods and she had a blast fending off Alex for him during his motivational session. She's nowhere near morally high and mighty enough to be offended by the fact that he's a thief. In fact, she thinks that it's pretty damn cool. And she was genuinely pleased that he thought she was pretty at the winter dance.

George will tell Lupin what she is at some point, but right now she's just enjoying the company of someone who makes her feel normal for a change.

Hola, amigo! Como esta? I think that's how you say it, at least.

As for Xander, he's a friend of Buffy's which gets him automatic cool points. And unlike most of the other guys except Neji, but Neji's special since it happens to him constantly who have genderswitched, he seemed to take it rather well, which gets him even more cool points. He's cute, he's funny, and yes, she has tried to flirt with him on occasion.

And then there was the Buffy trauma. During which he seemed to be fairly calm, even though she knew he had to be hurting inside. He seemed to be more concerned about how others, such as Kon, Bart, and herself were feeling and he seemed to be trying to comfort others even though he must've needed comforting as well.

And so part of her kind of wishes she'd met him before she'd met Naruto because he seems like someone who could've possibly liked her back.

Buffy is totally gonna try to set the two of you up once she stops being so emo and dumb :D

Moving right along, she first met Rikuou when he remarked on her poll about whether or not having the walking un-dead at camp would be a source of trauma. I believe his first reaction was a bit on the negative side, which got her defensively telling him the truth about why she wanted to know. His lack of a reaction other that "do you like it?" "no." "Okay, then," made her like him immediately, closely followed by the nude-o-vision and his equally big lack of panic to that.

Follow that up with the Battle Against Kryptonite Kal and the bra incident and she likes him. Perhaps a bit more than she should. Because he does seem to genuinely care about her and she's a sucker for that because she's really not used to it. He wanted to give her a good party and he got her a Christmas present, neither of which she'd been truly expecting or hoping for
