~chapter 7~
[Can we make it up?]
At the back of the gymnasium. Kyusuke was waiting for the girl that he will be dating that day when suddenly their class president came.
"Kyusuke~kun, we need to talk for our project.", said Midori, their class president. {A/N:: Midori longcut for "Mi" or I call her "Michan" is my friend who has also a crush on Kyu XDD"}
"Demo Mi~chan I'm waiting for someone in here.", he refused.
"We need it now, it's urgent. So please?"
"Uhn.", he agreed. They walked going to their classroom again when at that time Maya already saw Kyusuke.
"Kyu~? Why is he with another girl?", she whispered to herself. "Ah! Kyusuke~kun!", she called him but they were too far to still hear her. She was frustated then her tears where on the rim of her lower eyelids.
While the two who decided to watch the date-to-be were running too fast to see the whole event from the beginnig but because of that Ryosuke stumble so as Yari.
Ryosuke fell on the ground lying while Yari was on top of him.
"Itai!!!", Ryosuke moaned.
While the class nerd was still on shock.
They stayed like that for a minute.
"I can hear his heartbeat clearly from this position. It's like music to my ear.", Yari said to herself while her head was placed on top of the ichigomaniac's chest. "Ah... is this the feeling that Kira feels whenever Chinen~san is near him? I like this feeling.", then she blushed.
"Ano... Yari can you stand up now?", he said.
"Ah.", she gasped. "Hai! Gomen nasai!", she stood up quickly and bowed. "Gomen!"
"Nah! Don't say sorry, it's my fault.", he said while brushing off the dirt on his shirt.
"Uhn.", she felt shy.
"Ah! Your eyeglasses has a crack! Oh mou!!! Honto ni gomen ne?!! I'm really clumsy. Don't worry after we watched my brother's date I'll bring you home so that I can borrow your eyeglasses and repair it."
"N-no! It's okay already. I'll ask my mom to buy me a new one."
"No! I insist! Uwa!! Ikuzo!!! We might lose them on our sight.", he grabbed her hand again and ran but this time he made sure to be careful.
When the both of them reached the back of the gymnasium they saw Maya in a corner, sitting with her feet and her face was burried on her palms. They went toward her.
"Maya? Where is my brother? Is he not here yet? But he texted me he's here already?", Ryosuke continously asked.
"Maya~chan? Are you crying?", asked Yari worriedly.
"Yama~chan! Kyusuke~kun was with another girl and he left me here.", Maya said in the mids of her sob while her head was still burried on her palms.
"Eh? Sore wa muri da yo! Kyu promised me and he agreed. Eh???? Nande???", he really wondered.
"Why don't you text or call him?", Yari suggested.
"Sou ne! You're really smart, Yari!!!", he pinched her cheek then he giggled.
"Arigatou.", she said smiling but she looked down because she felt shy.
Ryosuke got his phone that has an ichigo keychain after he dialed the number he placed the earpiece on his ear and waited for seconds for his twin brother to answer.
"Oh! Moshi moshi?", he said atlast after some minutes.

"Kyu? Why did you left Maya here? She said she saw you with another girl."
"Eh? Your class president?"
"Ah sou ka?"
"Okay I'll tell her."
"You want to talk to her? Demo she's crying... uhn... hai... wakatta... ja!"

He hid again his phone and went near to Maya.
"He said he didn't mean to leave you here and can I have your phone number? He'll call you so that he can explain to you clearly."
"Eeeeh?", Maya gasped and looked at Ryosuke. "M-m-my num...ber? Uwaaaah~! He's asking for my number!!! Ureshii!!!", she exclaimed.
"Uhn! It's for his explanation purposes.", he said.
"Hai!", then she gave her phone number like she wasn't crying a moment ago while he saved it on his phone.
"Let's go home now!", Ryosuke invited.
Yari and Ryosuke parted with Maya on the train station while they walked together going on Yari's home.
While with him she really didn't know what to do, she couldn't even look at him.
When he started talking and talking and talking about stawberry, how he really like strawberry, how he started liking strawberry and anything about strawberry, Yari felt comfortable. She really did think that he was crazy because of his actions but now it's merely obssession of strawberry only. And the whole of him is normal.
She stayed quiet and she just listened to him because she was now liking the voice of Ryosuke, the first ever boy who told her that she's lovely, until they arrived at her house.
"Ano... here we are... thanks for accompanying me back home.", she said shyly.
"Doo ita! So, can I have your eyeglasses now?", he answered happily.
"Hai.", then she gave her eyeglasses. "Won't you want to come in first to have a rest for a while?"
"iie. Daijoubu! It's getting dark now so I need to hurry back home."
"Wakarimashita. Mata arigatou ne?"
"Hai! Ja ne! See you tomorrow!", he bid goodbye as he was walking away.
She was waving her hand at him and she suddenly caressed her left hand which the ichigo maniac held a while ago and she smiled sweetly.
7 in the evening, Maya was in her room watching anime when her phone suddenly rang. She got it and looked at it. "Who's this? It's an unregistered number...", she whispered to herself.
She answered it. "Moshi moshi..?"
"Konbanwa! Moshi moshi!" said the other line.
"Kyu desu ka????", she asked on her mind.
"Kawashima~san, this is Kyusuke.", he introduced.
"Ah h-h-hai. K-k-konbanwa!", she mumbled.
"I'm really sorry about what happened this afternoon. My classmate called me to do our project and I didn't text you that early. I'm really sorry."
"Ah iya! Daijoubu desu. I understand."
"Really? Great! What if we'll really go on a date tomorrow? After class? I'll fetch you by your room? Is that okay? So that you can make sure that I'm coming.", he offered.
"Waaaaah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!", she shouted on her mind. Inhale... exhale... "Ah hai. Arigatou!"
"Yoshi! Well see you tomorrow! Oyasumi nasai!", Kyusuke said.
"Oyasumi!", then he hung.
Maya slowly placed her phone back on the small table near her bed... she was stood still for a while then she joyfully jumped up and down while shouting and saying in a loud voice that,"Kyusuke~kun invited me on a date!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kyaaaaaaaaa~!"
