Start chewing sticks or gum. This one sounds weird, but a major part of smoking from the psychological addiction standpoint is the object in the mouth, and the motions you make with it.
Nicotine patches are nice, if you've got the money.
And use water in large porportions, to help clear old toxins whose presence may aid and abet your addiction.
Finally, distract yourself. I recommend marijuana. (PLease, do not take that literally.)
You should probably try to find something to distract you from smoking, in general. I'm aware of the ... Addictive properties of the things, so it might be best to first find something that could distract you from the addiction, itself.
You did say "good". You never mentioned "comfortable".
Though I do hear that some people take up drinking to stop smoking. The main trick, I believe, is to avoid the things that you tend to smoke while or after doing... that you can, of course.
