"You want me to do what?" Ami hissed, looking around to check if anyone else had heard. Seeing no one around, she was half relieved that no one would misunderstand, and half disappointed that there was no one to confirm that the little midget had finally gone off her rocker.
"I want you to- to..." Taiga stumbled over the words, looking away awkwardly, scuffing her foot. "Oh just forget it. I should never have asked-"
"Wait wait wait," the taller girl exclaimed, reaching out to physically pull Taiga from leaving. "Even if you don't want me to... Kiss you," she whispered the last words, still looking around suspiciously. There was enough writing on the girls' bathroom walls regarding her sexuality, thanks very much. "I don't... Swing that way you-"
"You idiot! That wasn't what I meant," Taiga hissed, leaning forward, face flushed with irritation and frustration and the embarrassment of this entire situation. "I just thought that maybe you would have some- ugh -experience in this so... So... So I wouldn't look like a complete idiot i-if someone I liked actually k-k-k-KISSED ME, ALRIGHT-"
Quite sadly, her very emotional and blush-filled speech was cut short by Ami (who would forevermore like to write that moment off as A Very Big Mistake), leaning over and hastily pressing her lips against her friend's.
It all ended with Taiga looking quite a bit shell-shocked, and Ami wiping her mouth rather disgustedly.
"I hope Ryuuji appreciates what I did for him ther-"
"I-IDIOT. It's not Ryuu-"
"Oh shut up. I just kissed you, so at least give me that."
Strangely enough, she did as she was told.
