Hello there. Yes, you, who is reading this. Pleased to meet you, regardless of who you are, and where you're from.
I'm Tokene (well, on this site at least), and can be referred to as such, or by any other name any of you may know me by. I'm sixteen, female, a student. I'm mainly on livejournal for the writing communities, for I've seen that many people on ff.net (where I originally posted my fics; you can find me there under REDskies) have had fantastically great experiences on LJ and what the hell, I might as well give it a shot, even through my extremely taut (curse the Singapore education system and its idiosyncrasies) schedule and such. On the same note, due to said schedule, the rate of updates and stuff like that will probably be very random and is likely to thin out by August or so, to a hiatus. Just to let you guys know.
Since I'm here in the interest of writing, I might as well talk more about that. I'm a prose writer, I fail epically (to my standards, at least) in poetry, I probably use a little too much of this and a little too little of that in my writing, which is why I completely welcome all forms of criticism, comments, and good old fashioned compliments. I mainly write fanfics nowadays, though I do branch out into original writing from time to time. However, as of now, I'll probably just post fanfics on this journal and communities in general. As of now, I've only written for Toradora! and Pokemon, although I intend to write for Fruits Basket (otherwise known as Furuba) for the 100_prompts challenge. I'm also thinking about writing for CLANNAD, Katekyo Hitman Reborn! (KHR) and a few other fandoms which I can't quite remember, right now. Haha yes, as you can see, I lean towards animes and mangas in my fanfic writing. Currently, I only have one on-going story, Ice Cream Parlor for Toradora!, so that will probably be updated whenever I get to it, around the same time as I do on ff.net, I suppose.
Other than my writing, I probably won't do much more on LJ, except posting personal stuff from time to time, which would probably be under a friend-lock. And considering my painfully small amount of friends on this site (mostly Dangos), those posts won't be read, till I get more friends. Heh.
And since I just realised that most of this should have been on my profile page rather than here, I shall stop my rambling. I need to figure out how to work the LJ-cut thing anyways, so I suppose this isn't a complete waste...
But back to the main point. If you didn't bother reading all that junk stuff above, I'll just helpfully summarize it all:
