Wow it's been a while
So I've started a different book. Haven't touched the first one since May but I've decided I'm finishing both of these by November. The new book is essentially a paranormal mystery with werewolves and murder. Yay. I've learned something today

Whee!
I'm writing a murder mystery without a plot. I started writing and I didn't even know who died. Two days ago I thought I knew who died and now I'm not sure the person who's dead is actually the person I thought it was. (If that makes no sense you're not alone. Both myself and the main character are confused as well.)
Having never written a murder myster, no, it doesn't make much sense. I actually can't even read mysteries, because I'm no good at paying attention to clues, I just kind of roll along and am really surprised by the answer even if it's incredibly obvious. *grin* But I'm glad you hear you're writing!
