Ah~ Wakaouji-sensei! I'm assuming it's one of the two new school CGs for Ruka, since the one I posted up, was the 10th Dating CG. I'll probably go try to figure it out, since I'm doing Ruka's route for the second time, since the Japanese guide doesn't have it yet. Dx
I just got it~ Anyways, what I know is, yes, the events are random, and I got it while on another guy's route~ Though, I got this during my Third year...So it might make a difference?
Thank you for letting me know! Now I'm cheking the wiki, it has been updated...It seems there are two versions, with summer/winter uniform. And it usually shows up in third year with Ruka at futsuu state. I'll try get it when doing another route too.
One person got the CG 3rd year April while Ruka was in normal state. Another person mentioned they unlocked 3 school scenes with Himuro chasing after Ruka first (these are randomly generated), then they got the CG.
I am *guessing* you would get it regardless of the state/parameters as long as you unlocked the scenes with Himuro and that you're not on his route...the tricky part is that those scenes are randomly generated, so as much as I want to see it myself I won't spend too much time on it. XD Perhaps it will show up randomly when you're playing through other routes!
I usually get those scenes in the DS version but they didn't show up in this PSP gameplay D: It has to be related to something, it can't be so random...maybe the inteligence parameters? I'll try to reach 200, to see what happens. Thank you!
