Hurrrrr I know it's odd that I'm putting this up NOW after months of being here, but I keep forgetting about it.

But anyways, Ivy canonly has the ability to communicate through the Green to I'm pretty sure any plant imaginable. This includes household plants, as she's remarked before about being able to get in contact with a ficus tree in someone's ( Read more... )

What, if any, plants does your character have in their home?

Cindy doesn't have any. Destiny walks around enough as it is (and really, what is there that he will not tell her or show to the plants?). Cohen probably has a few potted plants here and there in the theater (I don't really know plant types). His own apartment is plantless.

What may Ivy know about your character from what they've said or done in their house?

Ivy might be able to pick up on Cohen's suspicious activity around the theater (the semi-occasional bag of plaster. A body dragged in late at night), if she asks enough because outside of Cohen doing his own thing, the theater is often a bustle of activity from stage practice, plays, and just sheer amount of people.

Does your character take good care of their plants? No, Ivy's not going to kill you if you neglect them, but she'll definitely make a snippy comment about it.
A big fat yes for Destiny. A pretty good for Cohen (wilting plants in the plaza can have an effect on the atmosphere of a theater, you know~).

1. Naruto's room is FILLED with small potted ferns, lining his windowsill and basically on every flat surface since he's never been one for material possessions. He has one ficus in the far corner near the window.
2. Naruto's not home much, let alone his room, but his plants might make note of the strange spiral "tattoo" over his navel that he often scratches at when shirtless. They'll know the basics of everyone in the apartment (Shika, Yosuke and Nill) since Naruto isn't around much. It might interest Ivy that one "basic" would be the fact that Naruto is powerful enough to create several hundred shadow clones of himself at any given time; he was maintaining this dizzying number constantly for two months to work countless jobs during both day and night, but he's now cut it down to a modest five clones. Oh, and he likes colorful boxers? I dunno XD
3. He's VERY good about his plants, he babies them. It's his only personal indulgence. He talks to them, gets them good soil and supplements, nice little pots.

1. What, if any, plants does your character have in their home?

Alice - I think she keeps a fat, cute little flowering cactus in her room, by the window sill. She talks to it everyday about things in the hospital-- occasionally her thoughts on people like Daedalus, Kia, Yosuke or even Aizen. She's pretty talkative to it (or more like talkative to herself) since she works odd hours sometimes and needs to vent.

makeumypet - Orchids. LOTS of orchids. Some at her window, others all around the house. She's a silent person and doesn't really do much for the orchids to gossip about, really. But sometimes they wonder if things trouble her.

2. What may Ivy know about your character from what they've said or done in their house?

Alice - Perhaps a lot! But more or less, Ivy can find out how much Alice tends to worry a lot about other people-- especially Dr. Yumeno.

Amy - The orchids aren't really sure what is on her mind most of the time. But Ivy can learn that she drinks blood since Amy does it in front of the orchids sometimes.

Not quite a 'permission' really - though Mags isn't the type to keep house plants he WILL at some point be creating a hydroponics garden and I'll update with that then - but Mags creates Ozone with the use of his powers. He can't control it, though he tries to minimize it by staying in ventilated areas or blocking it with his shield until it degrades into O2 - but in Ozone in higher amounts - below what would harm people - harms plants. I'd imagine after a while, Ivy might get cross with him about that. ;)
