quitting soda totally kickstarted things for me. basically i just forced myself for a while to cut out any empty calories - chips, soda, dessert-type food... it took a few weeks of getting used to but i'm glad i forced myself to do it. after a few weeks i hadn't lost anything, but after another month i'd lost almost 30 lbs. after another month it was 40 lbs... all based on diet alone. i was about 270 when i started and got down to 185 before i became an alcoholic and re-gained 20 lbs, haha...

Maybe we can get some sort of weekly working out thing going on?
There's a 24 hour gym right by my house which I plan on signing up for in the near future...let me know G.

Made sure I didn't eat too many greasy things or soda.
Wake up in the morning or sometime in the evening just walk for a bit.
